Position Title: Executive - Telecaller Department: Marketing Reports To: CEO Location: Mumbai, Andheri East Employment Type: Full-time About The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling appointments for our sales and leasing teams. You will be the first point of contact between the client and our agency, playing a vital role in client engagement and lead generation. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead Outreach: Place outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases or lead lists. Introduce and promote the company’s commercial real estate offerings, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial properties. Client Needs Assessment: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide preliminary information about suitable property listings. Follow up consistently with interested leads to convert them into qualified appointments. Communication & Follow-up: Maintain a detailed record of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and providing prompt, courteous assistance. Ensure a high standard of customer service in every interaction. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates and streamline client engagement processes. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and local languages if applicable. Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided). Confident, persuasive, and energetic phone manner. Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred). High level of patience, adaptability, and customer service. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
