Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Marketing Representative. The Marketing Representative will manage day-to-day activities that include communicating effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service, generating and following up on sales leads, strategizing and implementing marketing efforts, and conducting training sessions to improve product or service knowledge. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and supporting the marketing team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and addressing their needs
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance
• Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in an on-site team environment and adapt to dynamic demands
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a related field is an asset
