Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the operations team and ensure they meet all KPIs Ensure the marketing database is built and maintained with the right accounts and individuals in our target markets Improve upon and document marketing processes Manage the marketing technology stack, research, and recommend additional technologies to improve lead generation and conversions Report on and improve on the performance of different marketing channels Work closely with other marketing team members to assess where technology and automation can be used to track top of funnel metrics Provision licenses and troubleshoot marketing technology issues within marketing and sales departments Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, A-B email testing, and event registration processes to maximize the number of inbound inquiries Drive marketings ABM strategy to help break into key accounts and support cross-sell initiatives to existing customers Ensure marketing and inside sales teams are trained and able to use our marketing technology for maximum return on our investment Produce KPI scorecard tracking Marketing and Sales performance Create reports and dashboards as needed Work closely with marketing management to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are routed to and followed up on by our inside sales team Help manage vendor relationships and assist with renewal decision making Qualifications: 8+ years of marketing operations/database management/business operations experience in the B2B software space Experience working in a marketing automation platform Pardot preferred Experience working within a CRM Salesforce preferred Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously Highly knowledgeable about marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team Understanding of United States public sector and capital program markets highly preferre 8+ years of marketing operations/database management/business operations experience in the B2B software space Experience working in a marketing automation platform Pardot preferred Experience working within a CRM Salesforce preferred Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously Highly knowledgeable about marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team Understanding of United States public sector and capital program markets highly preferred
