We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Officer to join our team and contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth. Generate leads through various online platforms such as IndiaMart, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Create and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, product data sheets, and promotional content. Build and nurture strong customer relationships by providing excellent support and service. Increase brand awareness through targeted initiatives and campaigns. Track and measure the success of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly. Desired Candidate Profile : Experience : Minimum 3 years, maximum 5 years in marketing or related fields. Industry Experience : Prior experience in industrial lubricants, cleaning chemicals, or industrial consumables is preferred. Skills : Strong marketing and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively. A mix of technical knowledge, customer handling, and closing skills. Proactive with a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of online platforms and digital marketing tools.
