Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies for HT & LT panels. Identify and approach potential customers (contractors, industries, commercial establishments, etc.). Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote the companys products. Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations. Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare regular sales & marketing reports . Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or sales of electrical products (HT & LT panels preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical panels, transformers, and power distribution systems . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Willingness to travel within the assigned territory . Preferred Candidates: Experience in B2B marketing & industrial sales . Prior work experience in electrical equipment manufacturing companies . Familiarity with government and private sector procurement processes . Role & responsibilities
