Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital presence, promoting services, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry. Manage campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms. Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to produce relevant promotional material. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.). Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistency in messaging across platforms. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and other outreach programs. Requirements: 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the digital healthcare or related tech industries. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications: MBA, BBA, or any other management-related degree. Prior experience in a healthcare tech startup or similar environment is a plus.
