Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all marketing, branding, and promotional activities for The Rameshwaram Caf. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, improving brand visibility, and increasing footfall through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
  • Manage branding across outlets, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Plan seasonal and festival campaigns to attract new customers.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and manage content calendars, reels, posts, and brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for digital promotions.
  • Monitor engagement and improve performance using analytics.

3. Offline Marketing

  • Plan and execute outlet-level promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Work with operations teams to maintain a consistent brand experience.
  • Manage local brand collaborations and community marketing activities.

4. Customer Engagement

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Collect customer feedback and coordinate improvements with management.
  • Run loyalty programs, festive offers, and customer-driven campaigns.

5. Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Work with branding agencies, printing vendors, and event partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, designs, and campaigns.

6. Market Research

  • Study competitors, F&B trends, and customer behavior.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for new menu promotions or marketing opportunities.

7. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Track marketing ROI and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media management
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail marketing (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) added advantage
  • Strong coordination and project management skills

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (F&B/hospitality experience preferred)
