Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Work with the management of Surya Pune, Medical Director, Key Physicians and doctors to create a Sales and Marketing plan for the Unit. Lead a team of highly charged Sales and marketing professionals to deliver the business plan of the unit. Marketing: Manage all branding, communication and marketing collateral for Surya Pune. Ensure availability of right marketing collateral at right place. Develop new material as and when needed. Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines. Work with Corporate office and ensure relevant information about Surya Pune is updated on Social media. Drive digital Campaigns on Social media. Sales: Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales for Surya Pune. Lead by example. Fix targets, monitor progress and guide sales team to achieve department objectives. Train new sales personnel as and when they join. Ensure optimal use of CRM tools by self and also the team. Drive efficiency in the sales process. Finalize contracts with corporates and drive footfalls from them. Create awareness about Surya Punes Capabilities among medical fraternity and drive referral footfalls in the hospital. Organize CMEs, RTMs and other doctor engagement programs to enhance awareness and drive footfalls. Engage with relevant community programs to enhance awareness about our services in a cost effective way. Budgeting: Create a budget for Sales & marketing activities and ensure adherence. Competitive/Market Information: Collect/ Decipher market/ Competitive information and calibrate own sales and marketing initiatives accordingly. Keep management informed about the same. Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Facility Director from time to time. Skill Sets: Verbal Ability/Communication Skill Problem Solving/Decision Making Leadership Qualities
