Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of growth marketing principles to scale Soul AI’s contributor base and maximize engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to onboard thousands of skilled professionals who will help train and evaluate AI models. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the entire marketing funnel – from brand awareness to user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Develop and optimize growth strategies to rapidly scale our talent base, using organic/paid marketing, referral programs, content marketing, and community-building initiatives. Analyze and improve conversion rates by identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and implementing targeted experiments and campaigns to optimize user acquisition and retention. Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, user behavior, and engagement trends, adjusting strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost per acquisition. Manage and optimize website performance , ensuring an engaging user experience, effective landing pages, and conversion rate improvements. Oversee content creation and podcast initiatives , including interviews with domain experts and thought leaders to strengthen brand positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product and Operations) to drive growth-focused projects and initiatives. Develop engagement strategies to retain high-quality contributors and ensure a strong, active community within Soul AI. Identify and implement automation tools to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency in scaling our contributor base. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or organic user acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech, AI, marketplace, or on-demand business. Startup experience is mandatory – must have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong expertise in customer acquisition strategies , growth hacking, and funnel optimization. Proven ability to analyze and leverage data-driven insights to improve marketing performance. Experience with SEO, website management, landing page optimization, and content-driven growth strategies. Strong understanding of user behavior, UX/UI principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) . Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to create compelling narratives to attract top talent. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.). Why Join Soul AI?
