Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to execute campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness across digital and traditional marketing channels. Key Responsibilities : Develop Marketing Strategies : Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives to drive growth and increase market share. Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) and traditional marketing (print, events). Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Brand Management : Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing materials and channels. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI. Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals and product offerings. Content Creation : Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, videos, and other marketing collateral. Analytics and Reporting : Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations. Customer Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners through loyalty programs, events, and personalized marketing approaches. Event Planning : Coordinate and manage marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, or product launches, to engage customers and promote brand awareness. Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience : At least [3-5] years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Skills : Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with budget management and ROI analysis. Creative thinker with an ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies. Software Proficiency : Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Preferred Attributes : Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., tech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.]. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a team (if applicable). Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing and digital tools. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in electronics & energy industry with a focus on brand marketing or related field. B.Tech/BE degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Electronics/Telecommunication). Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive results. Strong understanding of document management systems (DMS) for managing project documentation.
