This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2C/B2B Marketing Head in the Jewelry Industry. The Marketing Head will be responsible for marketing campaigns, including identifying and targeting potential clients. Role & Responsibilities Crafting strategies pertaining to marketing , digital, advertising and communication Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budget for Marketing department Collaborating with sales team for marketing activities Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies Ensuring strong brand message across all channels including email campaigns, events and fairs, festive occasions and other promotional material Analyze consumer behavior and evolve marketing strategies Monitor competition and do competitor analysis Participate in weekly and monthly meetings of the Management. Promotion of Chits and Sales Build a marketing team in future Carry out onsite meetings with prospective clients and key stakeholders Develop ,brand and generate leads for the Brand. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with excellent Problem solving, Decision making, Communication, Customer Orientation and Strategic outlook to business Experience in Jewels and Gems industry is a benefit.
