Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance sales of Kraft paper in domestic and international markets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.

3. Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities in the Kraft paper industry.

4. Utilize AI-driven market analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve sales performance.

5. Ensure efficient use of ERP systems for order management, sales tracking, and inventory control.

6. Collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply with market demand.

7. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

8. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand business networks.

9. Handle customer queries, complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

10. Generate regular reports and insights on sales performance and market trends for senior management

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in marketing Kraft paper or related industries.

Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge of Kraft paper industry (production, pricing, demand, supply).
• Experience in ERP systems for marketing and sales tracking.
• Proficiency in AI tools for market analysis and customer insights. Market Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of global and domestic Kraft paper markets.
• Awareness of pricing trends, competitor activities, and government regulations.
• Networking & Communication:
• Established network with dealers, customers, and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
