Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, branding, advertising, and strategy to enhance client relations. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients through fieldwork, networking, and market research. - Initiating contact through cold calls, emails, and client visits to introduce our agency's offerings. - Understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and closing deals to meet revenue goals. - Building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous business. - Coordinating with internal teams to deliver branding and advertising solutions aligned with client needs. - Representing the agency in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. - Tracking competitors, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly. - Providing regular updates and performance forecasts to the Marketing Director. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a branding or advertising agency. - Strong ability to design marketing strategies, deliver impactful client pitches, and oversee end-to-end campaign execution. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive client engagement and retention. - Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities and expand market reach. - Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, and capable of preparing effective marketing presentations and proposals. - Ability to work across departments (Creative, Digital, Production) and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of revenue forecasting and reporting. - Professionals experienced in B2B marketing within service-based organizations are preferred. In addition to the above, you should hold a Graduate / Postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. The job type is Full-time, and the location is Morbi, Gujarat. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Morbi before starting work.
