JD for Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Create and manage content for Saamas social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication. Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Saama, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales leadership, product marketing, marketing peers, and the senior leadership team) to align objectives. Manage budgets and ROI for marketing projects. Create and run email marketing campaigns for sales. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns Stay up to date on the latest trends, and implement them in Saama’s marketing campaigns. Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Saama’s digital presence. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels. Lead marketing footprint in India to establish Saama as Trusted, Desired & Premium solutions and services provider in the Data & Analytics space. Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management. Experience working with Insurance, Healthcare, CPG, Hitech verticals would be an added advantage. Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends. Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments. In-depth knowledge of various media platforms and best practices. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends. Strong project management and managerial skills.
