Job Purpose: Marketing Manager for EV Flying Flea Business will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategy, improving brand awareness, leading the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, and working in close collaboration with the Sales, Service, and Brand teams for the implementation of marketing initiatives for India. Position Overview: Location: Chennai Position Title: Marketing Manager - EV Reports to : Group Manager - EV Business Development Lead Function: EV Commercial What you’ll do: ● Responsible for annual marketing plan while keeping in view the target customer segments [existing and prospects], marketing budget and overall business plan ● Lead the design of EV marketing strategies & campaigns across ATL/BTL & direct channels while keeping in view the demographics, preferences, purchasing behavior, styles etc. of the target customer segments and leverage analytics/ CRM to drive call-to-action ● Demonstrate a deep understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, including its benefits, features, and market trends. ● Define the media plan and channel strategy for all campaigns and obtain necessary inputs and sign-offs from various stakeholders in order to launch/run the campaigns ● Work closely with the Brand Manager to formulate and lead targeted marketing programs as per the calendar to ensure smooth execution in order to execute new product launches, expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion and maximize the revenue per customer ● Engage with EV forums, conferences, and government initiatives to stay updated on industry developments, network with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. ● Providing inputs basis internal & research data, to the business head for defining the size of opportunity based on analysis of target customer data and CRM and maximizing the conversion across the funnel through targeted marketing initiatives ● Lead the customer relationship programs and key initiatives in association with the dealership senior management to achieve the customer satisfaction index at the dealership ● Monitor customer relations initiatives and provide guidance and course corrections to ensure high effectiveness of the CR programs and initiatives at dealerships ●Work cross-functionally with design, analytics, product, research and engineering to define the technology, messaging, strategy and data models in the CRM space ● Lead the insight-led customer experience management across all digital activities and integrate with all other marketing initiatives (offline) Stay informed about government policies, regulations, and incentives related to EVs, ensuring compliance and leveraging opportunities to promote EV adoption.
