Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Candidate Would be able to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising & branding and promotional staff and activities Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections & deliver marketing activity within agreed budget Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. Develop pricing strategy Liaison with media and advertising Education and Experience MBA/PGDBM or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. Experience of working with IT software Company or Travel Industry sales experience. Travel Sales exp is preferred.
