Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: SEO & SEM: Lead efforts in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive online visibility and improve organic search rankings for property listings and services. Social Media Marketing: Create and implement digital marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, with a focus on generating leads and building community engagement. Email Campaigns: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeting potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Analyze open rates, CTR, and ROI. Website Management: Oversee the companys website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation. Collaborate with the web team for improvements and troubleshooting. Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum results. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop content strategies that align with the brand’s voice, including blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters that highlight properties, services, and industry trends. Offline Marketing: Traditional Advertising: Manage and coordinate print advertising, including brochures, newspapers, magazines, and real estate publications, to support property listings and branding. Events & Promotions: Plan and execute events such as open houses, property tours, and networking functions. Support with marketing collateral, event promotions, and post-event follow-up. Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build relationships with local businesses, media outlets, and community organizations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and sponsorships. Branding: Develop offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the company’s unique value propositions across different market segments. Customer Relations: Implement strategies that foster customer loyalty, including customer appreciation programs and referral initiatives. Analytics & Reporting: Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the success of both digital and offline marketing campaigns through KPIs such as lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver the highest possible ROI. Market Research: Stay current with real estate marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to keep marketing strategies relevant and competitive.
