Main Purpose of Job Delight target consumers, build brand portfolios and generate strong brand building results Key Outputs: Develop deep consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to CSV Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation Develop strong, functionally aligned brand and annual plans leading to outstanding execution. Assist in the development of the Annual plan Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team Key Experiences: What experiences are key to success in this job? Minimum 4-8 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at equivalent FMCG Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
