Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and visual content for all social media platforms.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content, project walkthroughs, and client stories.

• Write engaging captions, posts, and marketing copy.

• Video & Photo Editing:

• Basic to moderate video editing skills (Reels, promotional videos, walkthroughs).

• Basic photo editing, layout design, and aesthetic improvements for posts.

• Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand messaging.

• Engage with the audience—respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Brand Building & Marketing Strategy:

• Develop creative marketing ideas to promote real estate listings and interior projects.

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns—online ads, emailers, promotional materials, etc.

• Maintain and enhance brand aesthetics across all digital channels.

• Market Research & Analytics:

• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads generated).

• Monitor trends in real estate, interiors, and digital marketing.

• Suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

• Coordination:

• Work closely with the real estate and interiors teams to gather content, understand project details, and align messaging.

• Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and designers when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.

• Must know how to make Instagram Reels and edit short-form videos.

• Basic video/photo editing skills (mobile or software-based).

• Understanding of social media trends, aesthetics, and engagement strategies.

• Strong communication skills and creativity.

• Ability to work onsite for content creation (project shoots, site visits).

• Knowledge of marketing tools, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Prior experience in real estate or interiors marketing is an advantage (not mandatory).
