Job Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Mangalore

Reporting To: CEO / Management

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and strengthen brand value. This role requires strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media management, campaign planning, and photo/video shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning and value in the market.
  • Plan and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for campaign execution.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage all company social media accounts (content planning, posting, engagement monitoring).
  • Develop content calendars and work with designers/writers for creative outputs.
  • Stay updated with market trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Photo & Video Shoot Coordination

  • Plan and organize product photoshoots, brand shoots, and model shoots as required.
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and design teams to ensure brand visual consistency.
  • Oversee shoot execution and ensure timely delivery of final assets.

Brand Content & Communication

  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand tone and visual identity.
  • Develop compelling brand stories and messaging across marketing platforms.
  • Work with content creators, influencers, and partners to strengthen brand connection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum

    35 years

    experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer product industry preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of branding and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong coordination and planning skills for campaigns and shoots.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
