We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing regional field-based B2B marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our digital medical platforms in India. How are you creating an impact The Marketing Manager will closely work with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Product in India and will contribute to developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that align with McGraw Hill s Professional s business objectives. What will you be doing: You will be executing India field marketing strategy aligned with McGraw Hill s go-to-market objectives, prioritizing tactics to drive digital sales growth and customer retention Gather and share market intelligence, including trends, demographics, and competitive insights from across India, to support product development and enhance central marketing assets Execute account-based marketing campaigns and events to drive engagement and brand presence for Digital Access products in academic institutions in India Implement localized, multi-channel marketing tactics, including events, partner marketing, and digital campaigns via email (Marketo), web, social media, and WhatsApp Business You will be managing co-marketing initiatives with Pharma companies to drive engagement with doctors and healthcare professionals on digital platforms to enhance brand visibility Identify local event, sponsorship and partnership opportunities across India by event planning and coordinate logistics, communication, and administrative needs for preparation and participation of exhibitions, conferences, in-house events and to ensure execution of successful events We are looking for someone having: A bachelors degree +3 years of experience in Marketing campaign support and tactical execution in India Good experience of working with agencies to deliver large scale campaigns Prior work experience in either of technology, education and publishing sectors Why join us As an education company, were proud to play our part by inspiring learners around the world.
