Position Overview

Marketing & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Coordination & Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners across India.
  Ensure smooth communication and relationship management with franchise centers. Provide training, operational guidance, and support to franchise owners and staff. Monitor franchise performance, compliance, and branding guidelines.

2. Marketing & Business Development

• Assist in executing marketing strategies to promote our courses and franchise business model.
  Conduct on-site promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and events. Support franchise partners in generating student leads and improving local outreach. Represent the company during meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.

3. Operations & Implementation

• Handle day-to-day operational activities related to franchise setup, onboarding, and support.
  
• Ensure proper delivery of technical training modules (AI, Robotics, ML, Python, Drone, 3D Printing, etc.).
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for curriculum delivery, hardware support, and logistics.
  
• Collect and analyze data from franchise partners for reporting and process improvement.
  

4. Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel

  extensively across Pan India

  for franchise visits, audits, onboarding sessions, and events.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of

  AI, Robotics, ML, Python, Drone Technology

  , and other technical domains.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in franchise management, ed-tech, technical training, or field operations.
  
• Confident, energetic, and willing to travel frequently.
  
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
