Imperial Surgical Company, established in 1923 in Mumbai, is a trusted supplier of medical devices,
surgical instruments, and medical consumables. We serve hospitals across Western India, providing
essential products that support healthcare delivery.
To support development and execution of Imperial Surgical's marketing strategies, working closely with an external marketing agency to generate leads and enhance brand visibility within the target market of Corporate Hospitals, Trust Hospitals, and Medical College Hospitals in India. This role involves content creation, performance tracking, and editorial marketing activities.

○ Participate in regular meetings with the marketing agency to discuss strategy, progress,
and performance.
○ Provide clear briefs and feedback on marketing campaigns and content drafts.
○ Ensure the agency adheres to timelines and quality standards.
○ Contribute ideas and insights for infographics, blog posts, videos, testimonials, and lead
magnets.
○ Collaborate with the agency on content outlines and reviews.
○ Draft or edit content as required.
○ Create clear guidelines on dissemination of marketing material and ensure the process is
followed.
○ Coordinate the posting of marketing content on the company website, LinkedIn page,
WhatsApp, and through email marketing campaigns.
○ Ensure timely and consistent distribution of content across all channels.
○ Utilize analytics tools to track reach, video views, engagement (likes, comments, shares),
video retention, and click-through rates (CTR).
○ Compile and present reports on marketing performance, highlighting key trends and
insights.
○ Identify areas for optimization based on data analysis.
We are looking for:
● Graduate – Bachelors / Masters in Mass Communication / Marketing / Journalism / Applied Art or any other relevant degree
● 2-5 years experience in the marketing / media sector
● Self-starter and a target-oriented
● Ability to work with minimal instruction as well as collaboratively
● Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
● Excellent written and communication skills in English
● Ability to manage social media and digital platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn and CMS like
WordPress, Mailchimp)
● Proficiency in Google Workspace
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Photoshop is preferred
● Desire to learn AI tools for improved work product is preferred
● Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, working knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be
preferred
