We serve nonprofits, associations, coworking spaces, and other mission-driven organizations with a simple, powerful platform built for modern engagement. We re looking for a smart, scrappy, and creative Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to help jumpstart our marketing engine and drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand visibility. This is a hands-on role with tons of ownership, perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to have a direct impact on growth. What You ll Be Doing You ll own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy with a strong focus on content, traffic generation, and conversions. Your day-to-day may include: Website Conversion Optimization Collaborate with our designer or use no-code tools (Webflow/WordPress) to update landing pages and test layouts. Implement A/B tests on CTAs, forms, and page copy to boost demo bookings and signups. Track and optimize funnel performance using Google Analytics and Hotjar. Content Marketing SEO Build and manage a high-volume blog/content pipeline (3-5 posts per week). Use AI tools like ChatGPT + SEO platforms (SurferSEO, NeuronWriter) to scale production. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve rankings. Manage backlink outreach and partnerships to build domain authority. Social Media Brand Presence Develop and execute a social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Create and schedule 3-5 posts per week that educate, inspire, or drive action. Repurpose blog content and product updates into social-ready formats. Grow follower count and engagement through consistent posting and experimentation. Paid Ads Campaigns Launch and manage low-budget paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn). Create ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages for lead gen. Monitor ad performance and iterate based on cost-per-lead and ROI. Email Marketing Lead Nurturing Build automated email sequences for demo signups and trials. Create weekly newsletters that promote content, product updates, and case studies. Segment and personalize campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
