Wholesale Marketing Manager Jewelry Industry Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Wholesale & Distribution Management: Develop and execute wholesale marketing strategies to expand B2B sales. Identify and build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors . Manage bulk orders and ensure smooth distribution through the supply chain. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with wholesalers and distributors. 2. Customer Handling & Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients and onboard new ones. Provide personalized support and after-sales service to key clients. Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback to enhance business reputation. 3. Retail Sales & Expansion: Support retail operations by working closely with store managers and sales teams. Drive customer engagement strategies to increase footfall in retail outlets. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in retail jewelry sales. 4. Marketing & Branding Strategy: Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to promote jewelry products. Leverage social media, influencer marketing, and digital platforms to boost brand awareness. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and jewelry fairs to showcase products. Collaborate with designers and artisans to highlight unique selling points (USPs) of jewelry collections. 5. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in wholesale and retail segments. Implement promotions, discounts, and bundling strategies to attract bulk buyers. Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. 6. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage a sales and marketing team across Mumbai and Coimbatore. Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service . Coordinate between manufacturing, design, and sales teams for smooth workflow. Skills & Requirements: Experience: 10+ years in wholesale jewelry marketing or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of G old, Diamond, Platinum and silver jewelry trends. Marketing Skills: B2B & B2C marketing, digital promotions, influencer collaborations. Negotiation & Sales: Excellent deal-making skills with wholesalers and retailers. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil (preferred) .
