Role Summary

Marketing Manager (MBA in Marketing)

services or healthcare marketing

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with eMbrace’s growth and revenue objectives.
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns that balance

    digital, on-ground, and referral-based marketing

    .
  • Drive marketing ROI through data-driven decisions and monthly performance reviews.


Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Create and manage targeted campaigns to drive

    inbound leads and enquiries

    from parents, schools, hospitals, and corporates.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and marketing automation to improve enquiry-to-client ratios.
  • Build and manage partnerships with

    clinics, schools, hospitals, corporates

    for referral growth.


Digital Marketing

  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor analytics, measure campaign performance, and track cost per lead (CPL) and ROI metrics.
  • Drive organic growth through strong content and community engagement.


Offline & Community Marketing

  • Plan and execute

    workshops, events, and hospital/school partnerships

    to build community presence.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to design parent and caregiver outreach programs.
  • Develop on-ground campaigns to strengthen brand visibility in the healthcare ecosystem.


Brand & Content Development

  • Strengthen eMbrace’s brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Develop engaging, empathetic, and informative content aligned with our mission.
  • Build and maintain a library of success stories, testimonials, and campaign case studies.


Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

    from a reputed institution.
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in marketing — preferably in

    services, healthcare, or education sectors

    .
  • Proven track record in

    lead generation, marketing ROI

    , and business growth through integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate purpose into marketing narratives.
  • Experience in

    offline marketing

    , events, or hospital partnerships is a strong plus.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in Canva/Adobe Suite or similar design tools.


Location

  • Delhi/NCR (Full-time, in-office role at eMbrace center).
