JD FOR MARKETING - HO We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing social media channels, executing branding campaigns, and creating engaging content to enhance footfall, tenant visibility, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, foot traffic, and tenant promotions. Manage and grow the mall's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create and publish engaging content, including reels, stories, videos, influencer collaborations, and live events coverage. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive event attendance and mall visits. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions. Track, analyze, and report key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Collaborate with retailers and brands within the mall to promote their offers and events. Digital Marketing: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the mall, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials through digital presence Plan and execute mall-wide campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events to attract visitors. Coordinate with event planners and advertising agencies to execute marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, shopping trends, and competitor activities.
