Marketing Manager, Catalog

What you'll do:

• Develop strategies to grow both market share and revenue from catalogue
• Collaborate with DSPs and digital marketing teams to push our key performing tracks across various platforms- streaming, social media on a regular basis, seasonal trends etc.
• Curate effective marketing strategies for catalogue products, re-releases, on-ground partnerships
• Identify opportunities for sync, licensing and partnerships based on our content

Who you are:

• 2–4 years of professional experience within the media and entertainment industry, preferably in a music-focused organization.
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data analytics and metadata management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt.
• Familiarity with South Indian music (Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu) and related cultural nuances.
• Native fluency in Tamil is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for music, with a keen interest in consumption patterns and trend analysis.
