Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing and/or communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand development and strategy.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including LinkedIn and social media advertising.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Experience working with RMs and business development teams for lead generation and complete support.
High proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media to create leads.
