We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of our company's needs, including new products and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analysing, and promptly updating the website, as well as shaping the overall positioning and messaging of the product and company.
Marketing Manager will support multiple integrated marketing campaigns for demand enquiries and sales, and develop a marketing strategy for our B2B business.
Developing strong understanding of our products
Working with the design team to develop mailers and execute & monitor marketing campaigns on email, WhatsApp, etc.
Planning packaging design and launch mailers for new product launches
Maintaining inventory of stock products and planning promotions accordingly
Targeting specific products to specific top Pharma brands through emailers and through our sales team
Product wise targeting to non-pharma clients to expand our reach
Maintaining uniform communication on all our social media presence channels
Utilizing events, days, opportunities appropriately to expose our product
Develop and deliver training programs that educate the sales team on product features, value propositions, competitive advantages, and use cases.
Create sales enablement materials: presentations, product sheets, playbooks, talking points, objection-handling guides, and case studies.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge gaps and build tailored training sessions.
Provide ongoing updates to sales teams on new product releases, feature enhancements, and market changes.
Support sales teams in customer meetings by providing product messaging guidance and positioning insights.
Maintaining Corporate website
Planning annual catalogue
Exhibition Planning
Maintaining Company profile on social media B2b platforms
Creating a corporate videos
Creating all communication required for B2b Marketing
Training of marketing and sales team about company and products
Leading a team of 6-8 marketing interns, associates, and graphic designers
Ensuring the sales team is equipped with marketing materials to pitch products to clients
Basic knowledge about SEO and website handling
Conducting monthly reviews with management and advising on new avenues to market/sell our products to new clients
Coordinate with sales teams and make monthly sales presentation
Planning a Monthly meeting with sales team and top management to discuss performance
