Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and optimise digital marketing initiatives. The role requires strong experience in B2B marketing, market analysis, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Market Positioning: Establish Hatari as a preferred supplier for industries such as construction, white goods, electronics and automotive. Market Research & Strategy: Identify target industries, conduct competitive analysis, and define customer acquisition strategies. Market Survey & Brand Establishment: Conduct in-depth market research, identify gaps, and create strategies for establishing a strong brand presence. Target Achievement & Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement plans to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal sales targets, aligning with overall company sales policies and strategies. Market Analysis & Price Management: Monitor supply and demand, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitor activity to maintain an optimal product mix, sales volume, and pricing strategies. Sales Forecasting & Quota Development: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and setting annual sales quotas for regions and territories, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions. Offline Marketing: Organise/participate in trade shows and B2B networking events. Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, customer retention strategies, and CRM integration. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales and production teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the screw marketing Experience with the screws manufacturing industry Ability to read and interpret the customers screws drawing Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing tools. Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel to industry events and customer sites as needed. Educational Qualification: BE any discipline / MBA would be added advantage
