Key Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitate marketing plans, advertising, direct and digital marketing, and campaigns, Communicate with target audiences, and build and develop customer relationships. Measure the performance of marketing efforts using a variety of Web tools. Utilize online platforms such as 99acres, Magic Brick, and Housing for lead generation. Provide internal reports every day. Execute SMS campaigns to reach potential clients. Lead management. Data sourcing. Distribution/Re-distribution of leads and data. Coordination with the sales team on lead/data. Data-driven mindset, with ability to analyze KPIs and use insights for campaign optimization. Should have working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google DV360 Platform, and Meta Ads Manager. Skills required: Lead Generation Engagement and Interaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, Team player, time management, and problem-solving. Proven experience in marketing and lead generation. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. Proficient in data management. Excellent communication skills.
