Urgent Requirement for Marketing Lead Location: Gurugram Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for the agency, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to improve audience engagement and brand presence. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the agency and its stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, fostering relationships, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Event Management & Engagement: Plan and execute company events, both virtual and in-person, to engage stakeholders, employees, and clients. Drive event promotion via social media and other marketing channels to boost attendance and participation. Brand Image & Growth: Implement strategies to improve the agencys brand image and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Actively work towards expanding brand visibility and awareness, leading efforts for brand growth in the market. Team Management & Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of marketing professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate across departments to align on company objectives and marketing goals. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop content calendars and oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, aligning with company's marketing and business objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Analyse marketing data, social media metrics, and campaign performance to continuously improve strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Market Research & Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on current marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and ensure organization remains competitive. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. Strong background in managing and coordinating teams to execute marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive results independently. Event planning and management experience, both virtual and in-person. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
