Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Lead to take charge of our digital marketing efforts and transform the way we reach and engage our audience. ⸻ What You’ll Do: 🔹 Lead and manage a team of 3 people. 🔹 Strategize and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). 🔹 Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior. 🔹 Plan content topics, reels, video strategies, and oversee their editing & publishing. 🔹 Develop and implement effective SEO and lead generation strategies. 🔹 Optimize our online presence to attract high-quality, serious clients. 🔹 Generate actionable insights to refine targeting, content types, and posting strategies. 🔹 Track and report on campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI. ⸻ Who You Are: ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation. ✅ Proven ability to lead and manage small teams. ✅ Strong understanding of content strategy, organic + paid social, and analytics tools. ✅ Ability to identify and target the right audience, eliminating noise and irrelevant leads. ✅ Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset. ✅ Experience in B2C sectors like wellness, luxury products, or gemstones is a big plus. ⸻ Why Join Us?
