Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (US shift)

Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA INDIA (Onsite Only)

Roles & Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients, industries, and contact lists for outbound campaigns.
Plan and execute
lead generation campaigns using Clay, Reply.io, and similar automation tools.
Support RFP/RFI content creation, registration on client/vendor portals
, and documentation management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment and business goals.
Maintain and execute a social media content calendar, posting engaging and creative content regularly.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Basic understanding of digital marketing,
B2B outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
.
Proficiency in
Clay, Reply.io,
and other outreach or
CRM tools.
24 years of experience in
marketing, lead generation, or sales enablement
roles.
Creative mindset with the ability to design or coordinate visually appealing social posts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
