Roles & Responsibilities Requirement Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies. Experience in executing on-ground marketing activities to increase brand visibility. Proficiency in event planning, brand collaborations, and customer engagement. Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and build strong relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Drive on-ground brand visibility through strategic marketing activities. Create awareness about the brand by setting up kiosks and organizing events. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand presence in high-traffic areas. Collaborate with retail stores and other businesses to increase brand exposure. Engage with potential customers, introduce them to the brand, and generate leads. Organize and host promotional events to enhance the brand experience. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly. Work closely with sales teams to convert brand awareness into sales. Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets for marketing initiatives. Track and report marketing budgets and expenses. Qualifications and Education Requirements BBA / MBA Preferred Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
