Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Write SEO-optimized blog posts and design engaging social media graphics and short-form videos such as Reels and TikToks Edit videos for high engagement while maintaining brand consistency across platforms Manage Google and Bing paid search campaigns for auto dealership clients, optimizing ad spend and ROI Track performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Engage with online communities and track social trends to inform content strategy Support inbound and outbound campaigns by improving SEO, SEM, and backlinking strategies Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences Analyze competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements Assist in drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns Analyze email metrics and optimize for better performance Build brand awareness through influencer collaborations and outreach campaigns Assist in creating promotional materials including social ads and email templates Work with sales to develop marketing materials for lead generation Provide insights to customer service teams for enhanced customer engagement Identify and apply to potential clients using platforms like Indeed Submit proposals and applications through designated email funnels Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and manage the onboarding process Oversee clients' course loads, content calendars, and performance updates Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate smooth service delivery Support PR efforts including drafting press releases and exploring co-marketing opportunities About Company: Water Town Swim School specializes in swim lessons for children from 4 months to 4 years old.
