Someone who can shape our vision into reels, campaigns, and content that make students stop scrolling and start learning. What You’ll Do: Turn our mission into motion. Create Instagram & TikTok reels, stories, and short-form content that reflect Ostello’s values—real learning, real people, real progress. Capture stories. Work with educators and students to turn testimonials, classes, and transformations into emotionally charged visuals. Ride the trend wave. Monitor social trends and apply them creatively to Ostello’s voice and message. Think like a creator. Plan, script, shoot, and edit content that gets clicks, shares, and conversations going. Experiment with formats. From voice-over reels to POV student journeys—test what resonates, measure impact, and double down on winners. Collaborate with our brand & product team. Help bring campaigns to life, from idea to execution, and align content with product goals. Who You Are: • A digital storyteller who breathes reels, edits with precision, and thinks emotionally. • Proficient with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile-first tools. • Passionate about education, creators, and helping people grow. • Obsessed with trends but rooted in clarity—you can make complex ideas go viral. • Bonus: Experience shooting with a phone or basic camera setup, and editing for both Instagram and TikTok formats.
