Cue Home is looking for a proactive, organised Marketing, Growth & Operations Associate to directly assist Growth Lead. With a lean marketing setup, this role is hands-on, execution-driven, and critical to running daily growth operations.
You will coordinate across onboarding, training, and accounts teams to ensure smooth partner management, timely communication, and flawless execution of post-sales flows.
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure across marketing, operations, sales support, partner success, and account management in a high-growth smart home startup.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Marketing Support & Execution
Assist in creating and posting social media content
Manage posting schedules and content calendars
Track and maintain performance reports
Handle basic design tasks or coordinate with freelance designer when needed
2. Lead Management & Qualification
Handle incoming leads from website, social, events, partners
Do first-level lead qualification
Enter and update leads in Google Sheets/CRM
Coordinate with the Growth Lead for warm handovers
3. Partner Coordination & Activation
You will be the operational link between Marketing and internal teams.
Work closely with Onboarding Team to ensure partners are added to Cue systems
Coordinate with Training Team to schedule demos, product training, and follow-up sessions
Maintain a live tracker of partner activations, activity, and progress
Share product decks, sales resources, and updated pricing with partners
4. Post-Sales Operations & Payments Flow
Track partner orders, product dispatches, and installation progress
Follow up with Accounts Team for payments, invoices, and reconciliation
Maintain clean, updated operations sheets (orders, payments, status)
Ensure every partner moves smoothly from Onboarding → Training → First Sale
5. Workflow & Process Management
Maintain work-boards for tasks, workflows, and SOPs
Keep checklists updated and ensure task follow-ups are not missed
Create and maintain structured Google Sheets for leads, partners, activations, and payments
Improve processes as the company scales
6. Daily Operational Support for the Growth Lead
Take ownership of routine tasks so leadership can focus on strategy
Ensure follow-ups are done on time
Prepare quick reports, summaries, and updates as needed
Support in coordinating internal and external communication
*Who You Are*
Extremely organised and detail-oriented.
Good communicator.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), CRM tools, and simple workflow tools.
Someone who likes taking ownership and running things independently.
Process-driven and eager to learn the smart home domain.
Experience Level
0–3 years (freshers welcome if strong at organisation and execution)
Prior experience in operations / marketing coordination / sales support is a plus
