This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, generating leads, and converting these leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Scrape Emails: Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape and collect relevant email addresses from multiple sources. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential leads. Send Bulk Emails: Plan and execute bulk email campaigns to target potential customers. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices to maximize deliverability and engagement rates. Ability to Write Cold Emails: Craft compelling and personalized cold emails aimed at engaging potential leads. Tailor email content to resonate with different audience segments and increase the likelihood of responses. Follow-ups with Enquiries and Non-Respondents: Proactively follow up with enquiries and leads who have not responded to initial outreach. Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Take Responsibility for Converting Leads into Customers: Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and conversion of leads into customers. Qualifications: Fresh graduate with a degree in B.A, B.com, BBA, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools. Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize email campaigns. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-ups. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
