At Swaranjali, we don’t just run a clinic — we run a movement of inclusion, empowerment, and hope. Your Role: As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be the voice of Swaranjali in the community. You’ll design monthly marketing calendars, capture parent stories, build lasting relationships with partners, and drive visibility through both offline and online campaigns. Every action you take will help families find us at the right time — when they need us most. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute a monthly marketing calendar with campaigns, events, and promotions. Work with agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement marketing plans. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data of clients, parents, schools, and doctors. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, schools, and community partners. Learn and apply modern marketing skills (SEO, LinkedIn, professional networking, etc.). Capture Google Reviews, Video Testimonials, and Success Stories from families. Support in camps, workshops, and community events to spread awareness. Requirements: Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications (preferred). Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with both offline visits and online marketing tools. Passionate about healthcare and child development. Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow into Business Development. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
