Role & responsibilities 1. Therapies Promotion & Marketing (Communication Strategies, STP for products, USPs, Monitoring & Feedback) 2. Identifying New Opportunities (Market Survey Meeting consultants/customers/Team Feedback Secondary & Primary source, New Products Launches) 3. Field Work (To oversee execution of products/therapy marketing strategies, Understand Competition, Clinical Trends, Meeting Selected KOLs Higher level of scientific communications on products FABs, understanding Customer preferences, views, Conferences Participation, New Ideas, Better Alignment of HO and Sales on Marketing Aspects) 4. Monitoring of Marketing Information System (Market Size, Growth, Trends for products, Therapies, Dr Calls, KoL Meeting, Promo tools utilizations, Feedback) 5. Product Query Handling (Timely Replies and feedback to team, customer queries, Co-ordinate with consultants) 6. Corporate Branding through Conferences Preferred candidate profile Passionate Go-getter and a good team player Posses excellent communication & interpersonal skills Candidate should be open to travel due business requirement Having 1-2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred Demonstrates initiative and ready to take challenges Demonstrates understanding of current trends in pharma industry Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers Fresher may also apply Perks and benefits Best in the industry.
