🟩 Job Title: Marketing Executive – Gates & Entrance Automation 📍 Location: Jaipur (with field visits as required) 🏢 Company: Sidharth Shutter & Automation 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time 📅 Experience Required: 0–3 years in B2B/B2C Marketing or Sales (preferred in automation, hardware, or construction industry) 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Gates, Barriers, and Entrance Automation solutions. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital campaigns. Visit architects, builders, contractors, and industrial clients to pitch automation products. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely follow-ups for repeat business. Coordinate with the technical and service team for customer support and project completion. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to the management. 🧠 Key Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales strategy and client handling Familiarity with gates, barriers, access control, or related automation products (preferred) Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools 🎓 Qualifications: Graduate 💰 Salary: As per industry standards + incentives🚗 Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits 🕓 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6: PM (6 Days a Week)
