Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our polymer business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the polymer industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts through various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: * Market Research & Analysis: * Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the polymer industry. * Analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences. * Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. * Marketing Strategy & Planning: * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. * Create and manage marketing budgets and track ROI. * Contribute to the development of product positioning and messaging. * Digital Marketing: * Manage and optimize online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. * Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic. * Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility. Analysis: * Analyze digital marketing metrics and create reports. * Content Creation & Management: * Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, brochures, presentations, and social media. * Create technical content for specific polymer applications. * Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery. * Event Management: * Plan and execute industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events. * Coordinate logistics, develop promotional materials, and manage on-site activities. * Evaluate event effectiveness. * Sales Support: * Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales tools. * Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. * Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support sales efforts. * Brand Management: * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. * Monitor and manage brand reputation. * Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with company policies. * Customer Relationship Management: * Assist in creating customer loyalty programs. * Gather customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
