Marketing Executive

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Fire Safety, CCTV, ELV & AMC services
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and field visits to generate leads
• Visit industrial areas, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, banks, schools, and government offices to promote Nexispro’s services

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions & quotations
• Follow up for proposals, negotiations, and closure

3. Digital Marketing & Branding

• Handle company presence on LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns & other platforms
• Assist in creating marketing content: flyers, brochures, posts, and presentations
• Promote AMC services & compliance offerings through online and offline campaigns

4. Market Research

• Study competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Identify potential sectors: Banking, IT Parks, Hotels, Factories, Educational Institutes, Hospitals & Malls

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Maintain lead database and track conversion rates
• Coordinate with technical and documentation teams for smooth execution

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Engineering / Any relevant field
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in B2B / technical service marketing (Fire safety or ELV preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, LinkedIn & CRM tools
• Must be confident in field marketing + client meetings
• Two-wheeler preferred (optional but beneficial)
