We are looking for a versatile Marketing Executive to ideate, plan, and execute marketing initiatives across Infidigit (B2B Digital Marketing Services) and Infigrowth (SaaS SEO Product). This role is broad and dynamic, covering digital marketing, offline events, awards coordination, creative asset creation, and brand initiatives, working closely with internal teams to bring fresh ideas to life and ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities : Ideation & Strategy Creation: Develop marketing assets aligned with business goals, spanning digital, offline, PR, events, and awards. Bring fresh, innovative campaign ideas — blending creative thinking with data insights. Execution Across Channels: Lead the rollout of marketing initiatives: social media, email, paid ads, website campaigns, offline promotions, event collaborations, and award submissions. Manage ideation, innovation, creation, timelines, deliverables, and implement quality across all marketing activities. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, performance, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and assets. Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and informed at each stage. Content & Creative Development: Work with teams to create compelling content and visual assets for both digital and offline channels. Ensure messaging is clear, on-brand, and resonates with target audiences. Brand Building & Visibility: Drive brand recognition through thought leadership, partnerships, media, awards, and industry presence. Support planning and execution for offline events, award entries, and PR moments. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign outcomes, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Prepare reports and insights for leadership to inform future strategies. Required Competencies : Strong, consistent brand presence across online and offline channels. Execution of diverse marketing initiatives that generate measurable results (leads, engagement, visibility, partnerships). High-quality coordination between teams ensures smooth, on-time delivery. Recognition of the brands and founder in the industry through awards, events, and media opportunities. Qualifications / Experience : 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (digital + offline). Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities. Creative thinker who pairs innovation with execution discipline. Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills. Eagerness to work across a wide range of marketing activities, from strategy to on-ground execution. Salary : Not a constraint for the right talent & will be commensurate with the experience & exposure required for the role.
