This role involves addressing customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and traveling extensively across the country. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming construction projects. Analyze competitors' strategies and provide insights to improve marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and real estate developments. 2. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and builders. Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and developers. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, and digital platforms. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. 3. Branding & Promotion Develop marketing strategies to promote construction services and products. Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate participation in construction expos, trade fairs, and networking events. Work with the design team to create promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements. 4. Client Relationship Management Engage with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales and project teams. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively. 5. Reporting & Coordination Track and report marketing campaign performance and lead conversion rates. Work closely with the sales and project teams to align marketing and business goals. Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and business development progress. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the civil construction industry and marketing principles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Proficiency in market research and lead generation techniques . Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns . Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Knowledge of branding, advertising, and promotional activities .
