Marketing executive

Job Description

Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote building hardware components, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role involves market research, client relationship management, campaign execution, and close collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure the successful positioning and sale of products within the construction and building materials sector. Key Responsibilities: The candidate must be capable of consistently meeting assigned targets and should possess the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and pressure. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials sector, including cold calling, field visits, and networking. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders. Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinate with product development and sales teams to provide customer feedback and align marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and report to management.
