Key Responsibilities Daily Task: Connect with potential customers, dealers, and distributors to establish the market for the company’s products and convert them into orders. Inform about the supply requirements to plant teams for production planning. Follow up on payments with the customers. Visit the market to find new potential customers. Monthly/Quarterly Task: Prepare a monthly sales plan Prepare monthly tracking for payments. Prepare data for MIS, MRM periodically. Prepare monthly schedules and enter into ERP software. Yearly Task: Ensure meeting annual sales targets. Keep abreast of the latest marketing techniques, technologies, and best practices Requirments 2–3 years in field marketing or sales of Electronics. Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Engineering preferred). Field marketing or sales of Electronics, preferably in: BLDC Fans, Domestic Lighting (switches, bulbs), or Mobile/Car Chargers.
