Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage our presence across major e-commerce platforms and spearhead marketing initiatives for our imported beverage portfolio. The ideal candidate will handle listings, sales optimisation, and promotional campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and Blinkit, while also developing and executing broader marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfilment on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and Blinkit. Optimise product pages with high-quality images, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates. Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, reviews) and implement A/B testing for listings and promotions. Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on these platforms to maintain a positive brand image. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with platform policies. Product Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media ads, email newsletters, SEO/SEM) to promote our UAE-imported beverages across online channels. Create engaging content, such as product videos, blogs, and social media posts, that highlight the unique features, health benefits, and exclusivity of our non-alcoholic soft drinks. Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand reach and drive brand awareness in India. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine marketing strategies. Track campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and CRM software. General Duties: Work closely with the sales and supply chain teams to align marketing efforts with import schedules and distribution goals. Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing KPIs, and growth opportunities. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, beverage industry regulations, and digital marketing best practices in India. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably with FMCG products) and digital marketing. Proven track record handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, or Blinkit. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, or similar. Passion for the beverage industry and expertise in importing goods distribution in India. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
